We will make every effort to meet your standards of high quality paintings, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should have a problem, questions or concern please contact our Customer Service Department. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days from receipt of order. There are very important things you must do should you decide to return merchandise to African Encounters. Please read carefully and take the time to ensure that you have followed the instructions to avoid any delay in processing your return or exchange. African Encounters is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. It is recommended that you insure the package, and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you follow-up with our customer service department after returns are shipped to ensure that your package has been received. A 15% handling fee will be deducted from any credits issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in resale condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however on rare occasions, stuff happens. So, for your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, please contact us immediately.
