How to place an order

We have made every effort to ensure that buying paintings from our gallery is as simple and painless as possible. The process of purchasing a painting is as easy as clicking the "buy now" button next to the painting. You will be prompted to enter your payment details.

Once you complete your order, a receipt will immediately be emailed to you. On your receipt will be an order number, which you should refer to when contacting African Encounters.

If for some reason you need to cancel or adjust your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
